Book Mail Order Purchases
Copies of The Visual Arts Resource Manual can be purchased for $17.95 each. You may purchase them directly from the Author by printing a copy of the online book ordering form and filling out the book order form. If you have problems printing the book ordering form,place your blinking cursor within the frame of the form and click once and then you should be able to print the form. You may also down load a copy of our PDF book ordering form for off line printing. Send a personal check, or money order to the address in the order form. You may also purchase your book using Paypal (from your bank or credit card accounts). You do not have to register with Paypal to make payments. Purchase with Paypal. Please do not send cash. Prior to sending personal checks, please verify you have sufficient funds for the amount of the check. There is a $8.00 charge for all returned personal checks. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your personal checks and 3 to 4 days for your Paypal authorizations to clear. As soon as your payment authorization goes through, your book will be on its way. All book purchases will be shipped via US Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL. We will send you an email confirmation when your book is shipped (if an email address was provided with the book order). Thanks
